LOVILL advices NIC Holding Corp. on the transfer of Petroterminal de Panamá (PTP) to the Panamanian State

In one of the most significant strategic infrastructure transactions in Panama in recent years, LOVILL acted as legal counsel to NIC Holding Corp. in the transfer of its shares in Petroterminal de Panamá, S.A. (PTP) to the Panamanian State, in a transaction of major significance for the country's energy infrastructure sector. Glasscock holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua and an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, where he also earned a certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, graduating with honors and high distinction.
