Career
Jeannette Bravo is a Partner at LOVILL and leads the Labor & Immigration, Administrative & Regulatory, as well as Infrastructure Projects, Concessions, and Public Procurement – PPP practice areas. She advises multinational companies and Fortune 500 corporations, with extensive experience in day-to-day legal support and regulatory compliance in Panama.
She holds a Law and Political Science degree from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (USMA). She earned a Master’s in International Relations: Economics, Law and Politics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), Spain (2014), and a Master’s in Procedural Law from USMA (2015), graduating Cum Laude. In addition, she completed a Diploma in Labor Law (Universidad Latina, 2017), a Master’s in Labor Law (USMA, 2020), and a Diploma in Administrative Law and Public Procurement (Universidad de Panamá, 2023). Her most recent training includes APMG Certifications as a CP3P PPP Fundamentals Specialist.
She is a member of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE), where she promotes leadership and institutional development initiatives. She also serves as an advisory member of the Panamanian Debate Association (ASPADE) and has been internationally recognized as a Future Leader for her work in inclusion. In addition, she is a member of the Panamanian Academy of Labor Law (APADETRA) and the National Bar Association of Panama.
She has participated in key projects, including the implementation of a digital platform for immigration management and the legal structuring of the PPP tender for the rehabilitation of the Pan-American Highway West, in collaboration with strategic partners. She has extensive experience providing legal counsel on infrastructure projects, including those developed under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes. She advises companies, government entities, and multilateral organizations on landmark projects related to transportation, sanitation, and public services, from the feasibility stage through to the award and contractual execution. Her work includes drafting technical reports, prequalification and bidding documents, and direct advisory to contractors and international consortia.
In her labor law practice, she is recognized for providing corporate labor counsel to multinational companies, including workforce management, hiring, and day-to-day advisory, ensuring a comprehensive and proactive approach aligned with each client’s labor regulations. She also has broad experience in handling negotiations with unions and workers’ organizations.
