Tyler has a multifaceted commercial litigation practice in which he handles disputes concerning real estate, contract, construction defect, business torts, and insurance coverage issues. With his strategic and practical outcome-orientated approach to litigation, he empowers clients to make informed decisions and achieve optimal outcomes.
Tyler's capabilities include handling claims involving complex commercial matters, landlord-tenant disputes, general contractors and subcontractors’ issues, and properties involving new construction or renovated properties impacted by design, construction, material, and subsurface deficiencies. Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., Tyler understands the distinct legal landscapes of each jurisdiction making him uniquely equipped to advise and advocate for his clients specific needs.
Before becoming a lawyer, Tyler worked as a contract manager for a construction company for several years. This experience gave him a unique understanding of the challenges and nuances of contracting with government authorities and entities. While in law school, Tyler served as a law clerk to Chairman Chuck Grassley on the Senate Finance Committee: Oversight and Investigations Unit.
