Paul J. Winterhalter is a principal attorney of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights, Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice Group. Since 1983, Paul has been representing businesses and individuals in bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation proceedings and a variety of other engagements involving sophisticated legal representation. It is his mission to provide every client, regardless of size or stature, with the most exacting and attentive legal representation possible. With an emphasis on providing excellence in legal representation on a cost-effective basis, Paul always keeps sight of financial implications for his clients on any action he recommends and understands that clients' interests and goals are the priority.

With extensive legal experience focusing on business, financial and bankruptcy issues, Paul has argued matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and many State Appellate proceedings. Paul has separately tried cases in various Courts and Jurisdictions, including complex litigation in the U.S. District Courts, many Federal Bankruptcy Courts and various State Courts throughout the counties of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This multi-faceted experience has enabled Paul to provide his clients with nothing short of superior legal representation.

Additionally, Paul believes that to represent a client's legal interests successfully, one must possess the courage to take a case to trial. He is also mindful, however, that even litigation involving what might be perceived as the best or most straightforward of matters may not produce the most cost-effective result. Considering the economic consequences of legal actions, Paul prioritizes your bottom line and approaches every tactical decision holding your interests paramount.
