Victor has extensive experience handling various disputes, including complex commercial matters, trade secret litigation, employment conflicts, business and shareholder disputes, unfair business practices, real estate controversies, and contract disputes. His practice also includes corporate and business transactional matters which provide invaluable experience for his litigation practice when and where necessary.

Victor is skilled in all stages of litigation, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, preparing legal memoranda, managing discovery, and conducting depositions. He also has experience crafting mediation briefs, negotiating settlements, and maintaining open, proactive communication with clients that include companies, high net-worth individuals, athletes, celebrities, venture capital firms, private equity firms, and family offices.
