Isel is an attorney in the firm's commercial litigation practice group with experience researching and drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings for federal and state courts and submissions for administrative review boards. She has also prepared discovery correspondence, including requests, responses, and objections, while managing e-discovery and conducting document reviews. Isel assists in deposition preparation and execution, including drafting questions, attending depositions to identify key issues, and second-chairing depositions for fact and expert witnesses.

Her antitrust experience includes advising clients on transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters, such as due diligence, merger requirements, and antitrust compliance across U.S. and foreign competition regimes. Isel has represented clients in obtaining antitrust approvals for high-profile, global transactions and in investigations before the DOJ, FTC, and international competition authorities.
