In her estates and trusts work, Ingrid represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and distributees in contested estate and trust proceedings, accounting proceedings, partition actions, and other trust and estate-related matters. In the area of guardianship, Ingrid advises and represents clients in both Article 81 guardianship proceedings for incapacitated individuals and 17A guardianship proceedings for individuals with developmental disabilities. Recognized for her meticulous approach, Ingrid ensures that clients are guided through every step of the process with clarity and confidence.
In probate litigation, Ingrid represents clients in contested estate matters, including will contests, and fiduciary disputes. Ingrid is adept at handling high-stakes cases involving complex family dynamics and significant assets, advocating fiercely to protect clients' rights and interests.
