Position

Marco Sandoli is a Partner at Alma LED, working within the Tax Department with a particular focus on Private Equity and the development of the Private Clients service line.

Before joining Alma LED he was a Partner at Di Tanno Associati and Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners.

Marco has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international tax advisory, assisting industrial companies, investment funds, financial institutions, and private individuals.

His expertise includes the taxation of financial instruments, private equity fund structures, management incentive plans, M&A transactions, estate and succession planning, and tax litigation. He also has experience in the application of civil and tax law tools for the protection of personal wealth, including advisory to HNWIs and family offices.

He is a member of the Family Office Observatory (Politecnico Milano), member of the Technical Committee of the ECM Observatory of Euronext Growth Milan and of the Tax & Legal Committee of AIFI. He serves as statutory auditor in Italian companies.

Marco is the author of numerous publications on tax matters. He regularly lectures and participates in seminars and courses in the tax field.

He was listed among Top 40 Italian Advisers and Managers 2025 by Citywealth magazine.

Marco was admitted to the “Register of Supreme Court lawyers” in 2020 and to the Bar of Milan in 2004.
