With over 22 years of robust experience in legal disputes, Francisco is a seasoned expert in tax, administrative, and constitutional law. His professional practice includes the strategic filing of defense mechanisms in fiscal, administrative, and constitutional matters. Francisco has provided expert counsel to companies across various sectors, guiding them through complex procedures before the Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente (Taxpayer Advocacy Office).

 Francisco holds a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and has completed a Master's in Business Administration at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE). His commitment to continuous professional development is further demonstrated by his completion of multiple specialized tax courses through the Mexican Bar Association (ANADE), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and the Mexican Bar of Lawyers (BMA).
