• Lead Associate that advised an oil and gas services company on a ₦8,000,000,000 credit facility for the importation and local procurement of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) for
onward supply to the open market and bulk off-takers.
• Advising a global robo-adviser on its entry into the Nigerian market, including regulatory compliance requirements for launch and ongoing operations.
• Lead Associate advising an energy company on a throughput agreement with a leading LPG storage operator, covering the use of storage facilities and related equipment for LPG products.
• Advised a leading fintech company on the legal structuring of a non-interest credit product designed to extend financing to low-income individuals in rural communities, supporting healthcare supply chains and improving
access to medical supplies.
• Lead Associate advising a global investment and entrepreneurship platform on the legal structuring of a project aimed at supporting women-led businesses in Nigeria, providing guidance on financing mechanisms
as well as licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Advised a global insurance provider on structuring an initial loan facility from a related entity—ensuring arm’s length compliance—to finance the launch of a hospital management company.
