Practices litigation and offers legal advisory services in the area of business law with a focus on intellectual property and startups, and in the area of consumer affairs with an emphasis on telecommunications and the General Data Protection Law - LGPD. She participated in research, development and innovation projects linked to the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - CNPq and in several courses in the area of intellectual property offered by the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI and by the World Intellectual Property Organization - WIPO.

She served as President of the Intellectual Property, Innovation and Startup Commission of the Pernambuco Lawyers Institute – IAP (2019/2020), Vice-President of the Intellectual Property Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association - Pernambuco Division (2019), and Secretary of the Intellectual Property Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association - Pernambuco Division (2014/2018). She is a member of the Startups Law Commission and the Lawyer's Fees Commission, both from the Brazilian Bar Association - Pernambuco Division.

Vanessa Krauss de Oliveira Dias holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco and a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the Federal University of Pernambuco. She has a postgraduate degree in civil and business law from the Federal University of Pernambuco, a postgraduate degree in civil procedural law from the International College of Curitiba and is a certified Mediator by the Institute for Certification and Training of Lusófonos Mediators-ICFML. She holds a Master’s in Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer and Innovation from the Federal University of Pernambuco.
