Senior Associate

Kridtaporn is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration practice group. She advises on domestic and international disputes in both civil and criminal matters including civil cases, criminal cases, labour disputes, bankruptcy, construction, intellectual property, international trade and money laundering case.

Highlight Representation

1. Proceed the arbitration process under the administration of the Thai Arbitration Institute.

2. Proceed the litigation process as in the matter of breach of settlement agreement and counterclaim to one of famous real estate company.

3. Proceed the litigation process as in the matter of breach of re-insurance policy, which was a dispute between a well-known insurance company about re-insurance policy that needs to be challenged by the Supreme Court for the interpretation of insurance and re-insurance law.

4. Proceed the litigation process in connection with disputes in the matter of tort, claim for damage against a famous university.

5. Proceed the litigation process at the central labor court in the matter of unfair dismissal that involves a group of employees who are suing a well-known company and another case involving an intergovernmental organization.

6. Proceed the litigation process at Juvenile and Family Court in various matter such as family dispute, divorce dispute and the Act on International Cooperation in Civil Matters regarding Breach of Custody Rights, B.E. 2555 (2012).
