Newsflash: Recent Updates on Myanmar Trademark Registration

The New Trademark Application under the old Registration System is still accepting Currently, the Registration of Deeds Office is still accepting the filing of new trademarks during the soft opening period under the Old Trademark Registration System. When the new Trademark Law comes into force, accepting the filing of new trademarks will be stopped by issuing the notice from the Ministry of Commerce (MOC).
