Mr. Dang Thanh Son is a founder and Managing Partner of DNA Vietnam LLC. Prior to DNA, he was a partner at an international law firm in charge of ITC, Banking & Finance and M&A. Before that he was a General Counsel of a telecom operator in Vietnam with subsidiaries in Africa, Asia, and South America. Ranked by legal directories as as a leading Vietnamese lawyer in technology, Mr. Dang Thanh Son provides strategic counseling to the world’s leading technology companies having their subsidiaries in Vietnam, primarily in e-payment, software, digital platform, search engine, telecom, and social media. His clients are a substantial and diverse group, which includes both international Fortune-500 companies and leading local companies. Mr. Dang Thanh Son also has solid and extensive experience in cross-border loan transactions, M&A and greenfield investments for multinational companies when they start their businesses in Vietnam.
