Bartkowski PLLC was founded by Paul Bartkowski in 2021 with a mission to deliver excellent legal service relating to litigation at the United States International Trade Commission and protection of intellectual property rights.  Paul is a recognized expert in the field of ITC litigation, having worked at the Commission’s Office of the General Counsel, and thereafter having devoted over a decade of his practice to the field.

Bartkowski PLLC brings an experienced team to ITC litigation matters, and always strives to deliver cost- and time-efficient advice and expertise.  In addition to Paul, Thomas "Buddy" Burns and Emi Ortiz are experienced ITC litigators that add depth and expertise to any litigation team.
