Hannah represents and counsels clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, focused primarily within the energy and financial services industries. An innate problem solver and keen at distilling information, Hannah excels in her ability to work with clients and experts in complex fields.

Hannah is experienced in all phases of disputes, including case assessment and strategy development, drafting of evidentiary and dispositive motions, managing all aspects of discovery, taking and defending depositions, negotiating mediations and settlements, trial preparation, trial, witness examination at trial, and post-trial briefing. She has represented clients in multiple forums, including mediation, state and federal court, and domestic and international arbitration.

Following law school, Hannah clerked for the Honorable David Alan Ezra of the District of Hawaii, who sits by designation in both the Western District of Texas and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
