Testimonials

‘dmb is one of the best teams on the market and we use them for all our financing projects. We have used them in the process of securing funding for our biggest project. They were our principal advisors in negotiations with the bank. They are very skilled lawyers, with a lot of experience on the market and good feeling for the commercial side of transactions. Their awareness of commercial aspects of business is what makes them different than other firms. We also appreciate their punctuality and ability to react immediately and respect very tight deadlines.’

‘Dina Durakovic is managing the firm and she is the lawyer with the greatest experience and expertise. She manages the team very well, so other lawyers are also very capable and responsive. Dina has great understanding of our business and awareness of the commercial aspects of transactions, which makes her advice always competent and very good to have (and not only legal, but also commercial advice). She is a valuable part of our team in all our projects.’

‘We worked with dmb partners at their initiative and were very happy to work with them. They acted as lead legal counsel in negotiation of a loan facility for a Bosnian company. They needed us to assist under Slovenian law, as the bank was from Slovenia and insisted that the loan agreement should be governed by Slovenian law. Our cooperation was smooth and we supplemented each other perfectl

‘dmb partners are responsive, hands-on, flexible and have excellent understanding for the client’s business needs. ’

‘My key contact was partner Dina Durakovic who was lead counsel for the client. She is extremely knowledgeable, calm, flexible, and overall pleasant to work with. She impressed me as a lawyer who cares a lot what makes business sense for the client, and I sensed also the client was very happy with her.’

‘It is a unique law office, which is extremely dedicated to its clients, available and efficient in solving legal issues. Their biggest advantage that separates them from other law offices is the fact that they are, in the true sense of the word, a safe partner for companies, primarily because of their expertise, dedication and the way they solve problems, there are very few law firms that work in this way.’

‘They solve problems efficiently, we have never had wrong or incomplete legal opinions, and they have a sense for business, since they very often make proposals for solving legal topics that are in the best client’s interest. Dina Duraković and Armin Hadžić are the best in problem solving.’

‘Great, unique and competent team ready to tackle all legal obstacles.’
