Manuel has over 35 years´ experience advising SME´s, large companies and multinationals on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, reorganisations and tax issues. Prior to Founding CONFIANZ, he practiced at the most renowned multinational firm providing legal and financial services.
Regular speaker and columnist for highly prestigious forums including Deusto University, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of the Basque Country, APD, Cebek, and Chambers of Commerce in relation to business management, and in particular regarding family and multi-family-owned businesses.
Fiscal Consultancy Professor at Deusto University, where he lectures on Family Business heritage and restructuring planning.
He plays a major role collaborating with the University of the Basque Country´s Family-Owned Business Chair (Faculty of Economics and Business), acting as speaker in seminars and conferences, particularly with regard to legal, economics, finance and taxation, also as lecturer.
