Judith Beheim advises well-known companies in both the private and non-profit sectors on complex labour law issues. Her core expertise lies in the strategic planning and management of co-determination negotiations as well as in the management and support of restructuring and outsourcing projects. She also advises companies on day-to-day labour law issues and represents their interests in labour court proceedings. Her clients include companies in the Vitos Group, DRK organisations, DKMS, primion, Christian Bauer.
Before joining act legal Germany, she worked for leading corporate law firms in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt / Main dealing with employment law and tax law until 2005.
