Sven Tischendorf is a trusted adviser to the private equity industry in Germany. He represents numerous renowned domestic and international companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in complex commercial law matters. He has additional qualifications as a specialist in commercial and corporate law, employment law and tax law.

Up to the beginning of 2000 he was a partner in a leading German commercial law firm responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, Turnaround and Restructuring sectors. During 1994 he acted as an assistant to the Board of Directors of a major German bank.
