Felix Melzer is trusted adviser to renowned domestic and foreign companies, investors, and shareholders, with structural, strategic, and restructuring advice as well as M&A transactions. Over the last ten years, he has been engaged in complex multi-faceted restructuring projects requiring not only legal advisory but also sophisticated financial and managerial insight. Felix regularly takes on the role of General Representative in self-administration and protective shield proceedings and thus offers unique capability in combining both worlds of solvent and insolvent restructuring options.

Until 2018, Felix Melzer was a lawyer in a supra-regional corporate law firm situated in Leipzig with focus on insolvency law and restructuring.

Earlier, held the position as Head of Legal in a start-up company in the IT field in Leipzig until 2015.
