Nina Bogenschütz advises leading international and national companies on complex employment law issues. Her core competencies lie in particular in the support of difficult collective bargaining negotiations, the management of challenging restructuring projects and the employment law support of corporate transactions. A further focus of her work is the conception and reorganization of innovative models for company pension schemes. Her clients include well-known names such as Thyssen Gas, HSE, TAKKT, PIA Group and Huber Group.

Until 2010, she worked in international commercial law firms in the areas of general commercial, labour and corporate law.
