Alexander Höpfner advises numerous prestigious domestic and foreign companies, private equity firms, investors and entrepreneurs on the implementation of complex restructuring and reorganization projects. In self-administration and protective shield proceedings, he acts as CIO, CRO and general representative. He creates restructuring plans in accordance with StaRUG and is appointed as trustee and insolvency administrator by insolvency courts all over Germany. His restructuring clients include well-known companies such as Hallhuber, Picard, Salamander/Klauser, Saurer, DEPOT, Ritzenhoff and the Achat hotel group.

Bevore joining act legal Germany, he was founding partner of a leading law firm for restructuring, reorganization and insolvency administration until March 2020.
