Stephan Schwilden is a trusted adviser to the private equity industry and their portfolio companies in Germany. He represents numerous renowned domestic and international companies and investors in the conception, management and implementation of complex - cross border - restructuring projects and in difficult negotiation and dispute situations. Among his clients are well-known brands such as Triton, All4Labels, HSE, Flender, H.I.G, TAKKT and Rain Carbon.

Up to the beginning of 2000 he was a lawyer in a leading German commercial law firm responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, Turnaround and Restructuring sectors.

From 2004 to 2006 he also acted as Interim Legal Counsel at one of the world’s leading technology companies.
