Studio Atrigna was founded in 2005 with the aim of aggregating highly specialised skills in the sectors of financial intermediation, collective asset management, financial markets and listed issuers, banking, financial and insurance discipline. In 2006 the firm became a professional association under the name Atrigna & Partners, an associated law firm, extending its activity also to the litigation, corporate and privacy sectors.

Subsequently, the firm expanded the services for its customers, also offering assistance and representation in court also on aspects of criminal relevance, as well as in the field of bankruptcy and corporate legislation, with particular focus on the M&A, IPO and quotations in general and debt restructuring. The philosophy of Atrigna & Partners is to offer a young but highly experienced team, motivated and animated by intellectual curiosity, able to fully understand both the legal / regulatory aspects and the operational aspects and to be able to interact with the customer at the in order to offer innovative solutions and a strongly “tailor made” service.
