Juliette Schembri is a dual-qualified lawyer with over nine years of experience in the financial services sector, including more than six years as an admitted solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia, and recent admission as an Attorney-at-Law of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.

Juliette advises a diverse client base including fund managers, institutional investors, private pension trustees, family offices, and other financial service providers. Her practice focuses on investment funds, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on fund formation and regulation in jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands (BVI).

She provides legal support throughout the fund lifecycle, from initial structuring and licensing to ongoing regulatory reporting. Juliette has particular expertise in alternative assets such as private equity and crypto, but consistent exposure to matters dealing in public markets.
