Position
Suhail was called to the Bar in 2025 having three years of litigation and casework experience at a Hong Kong solicitor firm, the Constitutional Court of South Africa, and the not-for-profit sector. He is developing a broad mixed practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.
He graduated from the IB Diploma with a perfect score of 45 points and attended the University of Hong Kong as a HKSAR Government Scholar.
During pupillage, Suhail obtained experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, construction, public, family, personal injuries, and criminal law. In limited practice, he was privately briefed to assist clients charged with forgery, motor vehicle, and immigration offences; and in full practice, offences involving dangerous drugs. Prior to pupillage, he also assisted his principal with immigration, non-refoulement, employment and discrimination matters.
Suhail is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu. He can understand Punjabi and has elementary proficiency in Spanish.
