Alejandro Carrasco is a member of the Labor Law and Litigation departments at PPO Indacochea. During more than four years as a legal assistant, she developed the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to offer clients accurate and preventive legal advice.

Alejandro provides comprehensive legal advice in the hiring of personnel and compliance with current labor regulations. It specializes in the review, analysis and detection of labor and social security contingencies during audits and processes involving short-term (Health Funds) and long-term (Pension Fund Administrators) management entities.

Alejandro’s main focus is the representation of clients in civil debt recovery processes. Provides strategic legal advice analyzing the current legal provisions to identify benefits and protect the interests of clients.
