Mr. Escobar joined Hurtado Gandini Dávalos Abogados in 2017 as part of the Corporate Law Department. His practice focuses on the design of contractual business models, the implementation of complex negotiations, and the structuring of corporate, fiduciary, and family governance vehicles, including shareholders’ agreements and family protocols.

He graduated cum laude in Law from Universidad Icesi and holds a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Project Management at Universidad Icesi and has completed continuing education programs with the Cali Chamber of Commerce.
