Senior Associate

Ms. Mondragón joined Hurtado Gandini Dávalos Abogados (HGD) in 2021 as an Associate in the Corporate Law Department and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Privacy, Technology, and Compliance Law Department. With over eight years of experience, her work focuses on advising clients in matters related to Information Security, Data Protection, Compliance and internal investigations, technology, and electronic commerce.

Natalia is a certified Internal Auditor under ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and holds certifications in SARLAFT and Compliance, as well as in Legal Service Design methodology. She is also a lecturer at Universidad Icesi, where she teaches the Personal Data Protection course. Additionally, she has contributed to academic publications on International Arbitration for the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and on topics within her areas of expertise.
