Mr. Gandini is co-founder and Partner at Hurtado Gandini Dávalos Abogados, where he serves as Head of the Corporate Law Department. With over 25 years of experience in corporate and business law, he has developed a distinguished career advising national and international clients on the structural, strategic, and operational aspects of corporate governance and commercial transactions.

His practice encompasses the management of internal legal departments, external advisory services, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams for long-term and high-impact corporate projects. Throughout his career, Fernando has successfully led complex transactions, including strategic alliances among major companies in southwestern Colombia, share sales and transfers involving key corporate stakeholders, and corporate structuring and advisory services for multinational clients.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Gandini has been actively involved in academic research and professional dialogue on the evolution and structure of business law. He serves as a professor at Universidad Icesi in Cali, where he teaches commercial law and related subjects, fostering the next generation of business law professionals.

Fernando holds a Law degree from Universidad de San Buenaventura in Cali, a Master’s degree in Contract Law from Università Roma Tre (Italy), and a PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires.
