Juan Diego Robles joined Hurtado Gandini Dávalos Abogados in 2021, where he serves as Associate in Dispute Resolution and Insurance Law Department. His work focuses on representing and defending clients’ interests in judicial proceedings before ordinary and administrative courts, arbitration tribunals, and proceedings before the Financial Superintendence of Colombia (Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia) and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio).

He also advises and represents both debtors and creditors in business reorganization and liquidation proceedings, frequently acting as a direct advisor to promoters and liquidators. In addition, he provides consultancy services in the structuring, establishment, and enforcement of movable guarantees, ensuring the protection of clients’ interests in the context of their commercial operations.

Currently, he serves as an undergraduate lecturer at Universidad Icesi.

He holds a Law degree from Universidad Icesi and a specialization in Financial Law from Universidad del Rosario. He has also completed continuing education programs in Evidentiary Law at Universidad de Antioquia and in Insolvency and Intervention at Universidad del Rosario.
