Ana María develops her practice in the area of real estate law and estate planning. Her work focuses on advising in the areas of civil, commercial and tax law, mainly in real estate due diligence, real estate property management (acquisition and transformation, horizontal property regulations), structuring of commercial and mercantile contracts and real estate trusts, and representation of our clients in civil and tax proceedings.

In the area of estate planning, Ana María advises our clients in the design and implementation of legal structures to manage the estate of a person or a family, in order to achieve its planned transmission to those entitled to receive it.
