PARTNER AND CO-FOUNDER

Expert in water law, natural resources and project development. His practice focuses on administrative and judicial litigation, drafting reports and legal opinions, and designing legal strategies for the development of all types of investment projects, for both domestic and foreign clients. He has also experience in due diligence and in the preparation and negotiation of contracts.

Sebastián has played a part in the development of creative industries in Chile, specially in music and cinema. His work in this realm has involved advising Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and Chilean Economic Development Agency (Corfo).

Before LAWGIC Abogados, he was a senior associate at Carey.
