Expert in water law, natural resources and project development. His practice focuses on administrative and judicial litigation, drafting reports and legal opinions, and designing legal strategies for the development of all types of investment projects, for both domestic and foreign clients. He has also experience in due diligence and in the preparation and negotiation of contracts.

Partner and co-head of the Water Law practice group. Former senior associate at Carey (2013–2019), he co-founded LAWGIC Abogados in January 2020.

His practice has focused on Water Law since 2008, after graduating from the Universidad Católica de Chile Law School. He has extensive experience in regulatory matters, administrative and judicial litigation, natural resources transactions, drafting reports and legal opinions, and designing legal strategies for the development of all types of investment projects.

Mr. Del Campo obtained a PhD in Environmental Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, graduating summa cum laude (Spain, 2017). He also holds a Master’s degree in Environment from the same university (Spain, 2012).

Since 2021, he has been a Professor at the Water Law and Management Centre of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2025, Mr. Del Campo was appointed Director of the Chilean Water Law Association, which brings together attorneys specialized in Water Law from the private sector, academia, and public institutions. Its purpose is the study and discussion of the regulations governing water resources in Chile.

Mr. Del Campo’s sector expertise includes energy, water utilities, agriculture, desalination, mining, aquaculture, and real estate.

He has been recognized in several prestigious international legal rankings.
