A tax lawyer with over a decade of cross-border experience, Supagorn advises high-net-worth families, founders, and multinational groups on Thai and international tax, succession planning, and asset-protection strategies. With a strong foundation in both private practice and senior in-house roles, he combines technical tax expertise with a commercial mindset, ensuring that legal solutions are practical, business-driven, and aligned with real-world objectives.

Supagorn has extensive experience leading complex tax and legal matters—from designing and implementing tax-efficient group restructurings to securing preferential tax incentives and obtaining Revenue Department rulings that have significantly reduced effective tax rates. His practice spans contentious and advisory work alike, covering tax audits, cross-border controversies, offshore trust structuring, family-office platforms, and the establishment of digital-asset and private fund vehicles.

Supagorn is regularly engaged for bespoke structuring on M&A deals, international school projects, pre-IPO equity planning, and multi-generational wealth preservation. His expertise was recognised in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist Thailand 2023 – 2024.

He holds an LL.B. from Thammasat University and an LL.M. in International Taxation from Georgetown University.
