With over 20 years of experience, Ravipat is a seasoned litigator and dispute resolution specialist. He has built a strong track record representing clients in high-stakes commercial matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and corporate rehabilitation, real estate and construction litigation, employment and labour law, and intellectual property disputes.

He is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, enabling clients to resolve matters effectively and efficiently.

He has acted for multinational corporations, listed companies, and private enterprises across diverse industries, including real estate, construction, entertainment, manufacturing, and consumer goods. His cross-border experience includes representing clients from Korea, Spain, Japan, and the United States in high-stakes disputes and contractual matters.

Fluent in Thai and English, Ravipat is widely recognised for his ability to lead teams, craft litigation strategies, and secure favourable outcomes in Thailand’s most challenging disputes.
