Ms. Gasimli has about 10 years of experience at CLC and has gained practical experience in corporate set-up, share transfer, restructuring, liquidation and bankruptcy of legal entities in Azerbaijan. She is skilled in client communication and legal research issues in diverse legal areas such as employment and immigration law, family law, construction law, and company and corporate law.
