Valoris Avocats, a law firm with offices in Strasbourg, Lyon, Paris and Geneva, has announced that it is expanding its expertise by entering into a partnership with the firm Wilfried Meynet Selarl. Wilfried Meynet and Eléonore Varale, formerly solicitors at Kelten Avocats in Marseille, have become partners and will now practise under the Valoris Avocats brand. This development marks the start of a new collaboration and the launch by the firm of a department dedicated to the social and solidarity economy, sport and responsible business. Wilfried Meynet Wilfried Meynet is a recognised specialist in social and solidarity economy law, sports law and patronage (mécénat) law. He holds a Magistère Juriste d'affaires (DJCE, Lyon) and a DEA in Legal History and Social Facts (Lyon III). As a member of the Marseille Bar since 1996 and of the Luxembourg Bar since 2002, he assists, advises and defends the various organisations of the social and solidarity economy (associations, foundations, endowment funds, cooperatives, SSE commercial companies, etc.) on all of the issues they face by reason of their legal form, the nature of their activities or their development needs. He assists sports organisations with their structuring and with the legal security of their operations: articles of association and internal rules, taxation, incorporation of sports companies, patronage operations (creation of foundations or endowment funds) and sponsorship, and civil and commercial contracts. He is also the founder and deputy chairman of the Association des Amis de l'Opéra Royal de Versailles, a member of the scientific committee of the journal Jurisassociations, a member of the board of the Haut Conseil à la vie associative and a member of the Conseil supérieur de l'Economie sociale et solidaire. Eléonore Varale Eléonore Varale has been a member of the Marseille Bar since she was sworn in in January 2025. She holds a Master 2 in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and now practises in social and solidarity economy law, advising organisations in the fields of sport, culture, education, the medico-social sector and patronage. She speaks French, German and English.
