She has led high-impact mandates such as legal due diligence on over 230 construction companies, structuring of joint ventures between foreign and local investors, advising on public-private partnerships, and counselling multinational companies on Ghana’s regulatory frameworks, from payment systems to data protection and petroleum recapitalisation. Rosemary also provides legal support on private equity transactions and has guided clients through complex employment restructuring.
