  • BakerTilly Legal Poland advised Schmitz Cargobull AG on employment aspects of its equity investment in GT Trailers sp. z o.o., including labour law due diligence, workforce risk assessment and compliance review of employment contracts, internal HR policies and potential disputes to ensure alignment with group-wide HR governance standards.
  • Baker Tilly Legal Poland advised Schawk Poland on employment law aspects of a two-stage internal restructuring, including the transfer of employees under Article 23(1) of the Polish Labour Code, preparation of statutory employee notifications, guidance on the continuation of employee benefits and negotiation of an inter-employer agreement regarding the transfer of Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) assets.
  • Baker Tilly Legal Poland advised a client in the professional tools manufacturing sector on the assessment of serious breaches of duties by management board members, including the development of a compliant and reputationally secure exit strategy. The team prepared a legal roadmap for terminating employment contracts and board mandates, ensuring coordination between labour and corporate law requirements.
