Joanna Jędrzejewska is an experienced employment law specialist advising both international corporations and Polish employers on a wide range of labour law matters. She focuses on HR advisory and the protection of personal rights in the workplace, particularly in cases involving mobbing and discrimination.

She represents clients in labour court proceedings and provides comprehensive, end-to-end support across the entire employment lifecycle — from hiring and structuring employment relationships to individual and collective terminations, including group redundancies.

Joanna has significant experience in implementing anti-mobbing procedures and supports organisations in meeting their obligations under Polish regulations by preparing internal policies and serving on internal Anti-Mobbing Committees.

In addition to her advisory practice, she is actively involved in knowledge-sharing and regularly conducts trainings and workshops for employees and management on topics such as anti-mobbing, anti-discrimination, and termination of employment contracts.
