She specializes in transaction advice, focuses on companies law and M&A (with emphasis on mergers, demergers, transformations and takeovers of companies) and commercial law. In her longstanding practice she advised numerous international and Polish clients in asset and share deals, domestic and cross-border restructurings of companies and groups and joint ventures transactions. She advises private clients with respect to implementation of structures effective from the perspective of commercial succession planning. She advises also with respect to new technology law, IT, outsourcing and compliance.
