Operations Partner

Sergio is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty five years of experience as professional and as company manager; in particular, for over fifteen years he has held the role of manager in charge in listed Italian groups that mainly act in insurance, financial and real estate sectors.

Sergio is an expert in business processes and holds consultancy and governance roles in favor of listed groups, real estate companies, SGRs, SIMs, payment institutions, IMELs and insurance companies. Moreover, he regularly holds the role of Supervisor of Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Auditing. Sergio took part in the incorporation of several real estate funds, Private Equity funds and Venture Capital funds and he is author of several publications concerning the Real Estate Finance sector.

He founded GIM Legal in 2018 together with Luigi Rizzi and is the Operations Partner.
