Masayuki Horiike is a partner at TKI. Prior to joining the firm, Masa worked at the Tokyo office of the major U.S. law firm for more than 10 years.

Masa has more than 15 years of experience advising multinational companies and investment funds in a range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A and investments, and joint ventures. In addition, he worked in the Silicon Valley Office of the major U.S. law firm where he advised on U.S. M&A transactions, including acquisitions of and investments in tech companies.

He also has significant experience representing international investment funds and companies on their corporate PPA deals and investments in the renewable energy industry, real estate transactions and associated financing.
