Senior Associate

Cătălina’s areas of expertise include competition law, commercial, as well as public procurement, retail and consumer law. She was involved in various projects related to competition matters, assisting clients during all stages of an investigation across various industries, such as: market for commercialization agricultural machinery, tools and equipment in Romania, the market of eggs’ production and marketing, insurance services market, wood procurement market, the market of travel products trading, leasing market or financial market. She has also assisted companies during economic concentrations control of the Competition Council, as well as with drafting their commercial policies, discount policies and reviewing agreements on competition matters.
