Head of the Corporate Contracts Department at b/luz since July 2020, she began her career in the field of dispute resolution, where she worked for 10 years.Recognizing that most of the disputes she encountered during this period stemmed from poorly structured business arrangements, she shifted her focus to preventive work, dedicating her academic research to contract theory.
She earned her Master’s degree in Civil Law from PUC/SP in 2016.Her professional journey has provided Juliana with a holistic view of business relationships. Today, with 18 years of professional experience, Juliana has extensive expertise in structuring high-value commercial contracts and strategic transactions across various market sectors, including regulated industries.
