Lia Esposito Roston is the VP of Corporate at b/luz. She has 25 years of experience in legal support for national and international companies from the most diverse segments, having conducted relevant M&A operations, advised managers and private equity and venture capital funds, carried out projects corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and assistance in the structuring and implementation of complex commercial transactions. She is also an entrepreneur in the food and technology sectors. Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo and with several specializations and courses in finance and investment banking, contracts, investor relations, economic law and foreign trade.
