Alexandre has significant experience in tax planning, particularly mergers and acquisitions and structure of transactions. He began his career in a boutique law firm in São Paulo, specialized in Companies Law and was afterwards admitted into PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for three years in projects for large financial institutions. The next chapter of his career began when he associated with Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados where he performed in the tax consulting area focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital market. After such important experience he joined Baptista Luz Advogados where, along ten years, he has had the opportunity of performing in the most diverse sections of Tax Law, including litigations. From tax structuring of technology startups dedicated to new operations in the market to traditional multinationals he has been advising our clients of diverse segments.
