Arthur Andersen marked in 1994 the initiation of his career. Four years afterwards, in quest of legal challenges, he joined a São Paulo law boutique specialized in Company Law, to which he dedicated six years before making the important decision of responding to his entrepreneurial nature to found Baptista Luz Advogados in 2004. Responsible for over 60 company acquisitions with international involvement in more than half of the operations. Participated in numerous investment transactions, joint-ventures and corporate disputes, domestic and international. Has advised large companies, investment funds, family offices, individual investors and startups. Not only is he the Managing Partner of Baptista Luz Advogados, but he also coordinates the corporate practice, M&A, contracts and the digital area, as well as the Asset Planning and Succession projects. He keeps up with his entrepreneurial activities by being an investor, a mentor and a lecturer at several accelerators and support programs to startups in Brazil. He has been nominated by Private Client Global Elite 2017
