Kondracki Celej advised FEV on its investment in Pstryk

Kondracki Celej advised Future Energy Ventures on its investment in Pstryk Energy Group as part of the company’s €7 million Series A financing round.The round was led by Future Energy Ventures, with participation from strategic investor Axpo, Montis VC, existing investors ff Venture Capital and Simpact Ventures, as well as private investors. The financing brings the total capital raised by Pstryk to nearly €13.8 million.The new funding will support the further development of Pstryk’s technology, the scaling of its operations and the expansion of its offering to more households across Poland.Pstryk is developing solutions that allow consumers to purchase electricity at dynamic prices. Through its mobile application, users can monitor energy prices and consumption and adjust the use of their devices to periods when electricity is less expensive. The company’s offering is aimed, among others, at owners of solar panels, energy storage systems, heat pumps and electric vehicles.The investment reflects the growing role of technology in the transformation of the energy sector and the shift towards a more flexible, decentralised and consumer-focused energy market.Kondracki Celej advised Future Energy Ventures on all Polish legal aspects of the investment. Kondracki Celej advised ForActive on its $3.6 million seed financing round, supporting the continued development of the company’s platform and its further expansion in the United States.The round was led by Simpact Ventures, with participation from Vestbee syndicates, Vesna Capital, Explorer, Bad Ideas and several business angels, including Adam Górniak, former Chief Revenue Officer at Booksy.ForActive is developing a platform for independent fitness coaches, sports instructors and local activity providers. The solution streamlines payments, client communication, scheduling and other business management processes. More than 10,000 service providers have already joined the platform.The financing will enable ForActive to accelerate product development, scale its operations and continue growing across the U.S. market.Kondracki Celej advised ForActive on all legal aspects of the financing.
